If you are not happy with what you have purchased from us for any reason, or if what you have purchased does not fit you correctly, you can exchange it for a similar item or another item of equal, higher, or lesser value, or return it and request your money back!

OUR LIABILITY: When you purchase from us the order acknowledgement is not a contract, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. Awesome Tuxedo.com reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree that Awesome Tuxedo.com's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Awesome Tuxedo.com for the product giving rise to Awesome Tuxedo.com's liability.

EXCHANGES: We will gladly exchange any product you have purchased from us. Only one exchange per item allowed unless item is defective. We will pay additional shipping (ground shipping only) to send you an exchange from our location to yours. You must notify us using our return & exchange form no later than 14 days after the date of purchase. You must return items within 30 days after the date of purchase. You must return item(s) in the condition that you received them, ensuring that all tags are attached to item(s), and that item(s) was not altered or soiled in any way. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. If what you order does not fit you correctly, we will make an even exchange for a proper size. If what you order is not 100% free of defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition in its original packaging for a prompt exchange. You are responsible for any shipping charges required to return the item(s) to us. You may use any delivery method you wish. Used products are not exchangeable. All exchanges must include a return authorization number. Any packages returned without a return authorization number will be rejected and is not our responsibility. Shirts must be returned in original unopened packaging material.

PLEASE NOTE: You can always exchange an item for any reason at no extra cost to you and avoid a restocking fee that will apply if you request your money back. We can send you out an exchange before we receive the item you are returning if you agree to let us temporarily charge the exchange to your credit card. We will credit you back the exchanged item price after we receive the item being exchanged.

RETURNS: You must notify us using our return & exchange form no later than 14 days after the purchase date. You must return items within 30 days after the date of purchase. We can not refund any type of shipping charges incurred. Shipping charges will have already been paid to the carrier and are non-recoverable. You are responsible for any shipping charges required to return the item(s) to us. You may use any delivery method you wish. You must return item(s) (including any free items) in the condition that you received the item(s), ensuring that all tags are attached to item(s), and that item(s) was not altered or soiled in any way. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee on returns for full refunds. The 15% restocking fee does not apply if we processed your credit card and were then unable to furnish you with a quality product in a reasonable time frame (Approximately 14 days) or the product we sent you was defective. Used products are not returnable. If you return an item because it did not fit you correctly the fees mentioned above will also apply, unless we sent you an incorrect size. All returns must have a return authorization number. Any packages returned without a return authorization number will be rejected and are not our responsibility. You will be responsible for the entire purchase price amount if item is not returned or is returned in an unusable condition. Shirts must be returned in original unopened packaging material for a full refund. If any unforeseen circumstances arise that prevents you from returning item(s) in the allotted time frame, or for any other matter please contact us.
