RENTAL
POLICY
YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR RENTAL POLICY
AT CHECKOUT.
RENTAL POLICY - I acknowledge that
I am the person listed and assume full responsibility
for returning the tuxedo(s) and all rental
accessories, in good condition by the return
date. I will return items picked up at the
store by the second business day after the
event date. I will ship items within 2 days
after the event date if the event was on
a Monday thru Thursday. I will ship items
on the first Monday after the event date
if the event is Friday thru Saturday. If
my event occurs on a Sunday I will ship
items by Tuesday. I will return item(s)
in the condition that I received them, insuring
that the items were not altered, torn or
otherwise destroyed in anyway. I understand
that if items are not returned or are returned
in an unusable condition my account will
be charged the full retail purchase replacement
price of the items I rented from Awesome
Tuxedo. I also acknowledge that a $20.00
per day late fee will be assessed for items
returned after the return due date. Furthermore,
I am responsible for up to 50% cancellation
charge if a tuxedo rental is canceled 7
or less days before the event day. I also
agree to pay for any resulting damages or
lost merchandise while in my possession.
I authorize Awesome Tuxedo to withdraw the
total retail amount from my credit card
account if items are not returned or are
returned in an unusable condition.
SIZING - I will not hold Awesome Tuxedo
responsible for measurements not taken in
their store.
REFUNDS - I understand that I will
not be provided a refund on items rented
from Awesome Tuxedo unless I was not provided
a suitable product in the allotted time
frame.
