Measure with collar unbuttoned.
Place the tape around the neck at the level that
collar would fall if unbuttoned and take measurement.
This important measurement is taken for shirt neck
size. (Tip: You may have a
favorite shirt in the closet with your neck size
on the label!)
SHIRT SIZE: Sleeve
Start the tape measure directly
at the nape of the neck (back bone) with your arm
at your side, run the tape down the center of shoulder
and all the way down to elbow then to the flex of
the wrist, rounding off measurement to the nearest
inch. (Tip: you may have a
favorite shirt in the closet with the sleeve length)
COAT SIZE:
Place the tape line well up under the arms, straight
across the back, over the shoulder blades, and
over the the chest in front. Insert a finger between
the tape and body to insure proper ease.
